We work in QuickBooks Online. If you are already on QBO, we simply request access and get started. If you are on something else or nothing at all, we will migrate you over and handle the full setup at no extra charge.
What if my books are a mess right now?
That is one of the most common reasons people reach out. We offer catch-up bookkeeping to get your books current before starting regular monthly service. We will give you a clear quote based on how far back we need to go.
Will my books be ready for tax time?
Yes. One of the core benefits of clean monthly bookkeeping is that your records are accurate and organized year-round. When tax season arrives your books are already in order and ready to hand off to your tax preparer — no scrambling, no surprises.
How do I send you my documents?
For most clients, bank accounts and credit cards connect directly through QuickBooks so no manual uploads are required. If you have receipts or other documents that do not appear on a bank statement, we will give you a simple way to send those each month.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. We do not lock clients into long-term contracts. We earn your business month to month by doing great work. If you ever need to cancel, simply let us know with 30 days notice and we will handle the transition smoothly.
How quickly can we get started?
Once you have had your free consultation and decided to move forward, we can typically have your books set up and connected within 3 to 5 business days. Your first full monthly report will be delivered by the 15th of the following month.
